I needed to add these images as I was burning memory sticks for the family. It was such an awesome shoot combining the gorgeous backdrops with the art and the family.
Its always exciting to visit this small version of Storm King in the Hamptons and see this wonderful family! Replete with outstanding art inside and out, my goal was to incorporate the art with the families of a doting grandfather and fine art collector.
Some solace by weeks end. With all the shock of the week, it was comforting to experience nature in NYC as its finest.

The very end of August around 7pm.....it started with awesome warm orange light then a magical sky after the sunset. The girls could have kept going all night! Tweens are great! While the parents were under the impression that the light would not be as good this late, it happens to be the BEST light.
Two sets of twin tween siblings! My eighth year photographing them. I love seeing them each year, the oldest twins are just about my height now. Next year they will be taller and I will be standing on a step stool! 
Tweens are the years right before teens, so about 9 to 12 years. Its a time in a child life that marks the last of the innocence and the impatience to independence. Many of the tweens I photograph are children I had been photographing since they were babies. I had the pleasure of seeing them grow up which is special.
