Serenading their Newborn Brother. Baby Photography by Nina Drapacz
Recipe for a successful newborn photo shoot: One sleeping newborn, two sibs and a baby grand piano....Baby number three for this growing family and another son no less! The boys are loving and fascinated with the new bundle of joy. I feel like it was yesterday that I photographed the middle one, Jake, also a day before his Bris.

Outdoor Family Portraits As Early As Next Week. Nina Drapacz Photography
Today maybe be freezing but next week is predicted to be in the 60's! Yes, the trees may be less colorful , but the children are as beautiful and vivacious as ever after a winter of being cooped up! I like when portraits can stand out without a busy and colorful backdrop. These boys were as silly as always. (I've been their family photographer since the oldest was 4!) Most my shoots include the signature jump!
The Metropolitan Museum makes a Perfect Backdrop for these Brothers! Nina Drapacz Photography
When the mom asked to meet her in front of Central Park, we were losing light. We had 15 minutes to take photographs before the light was gone. Hence we didn't have a chance to go behind the museum, but in fact made a great discovery on this crowded late afternoon! What better a backdrop for the perfect holiday card, two happy boys and an iconic fountain!
House Call and More Newborn Images....Nina Drapacz Photography
I found a few more favorites from this newborn session as I was meeting with the mom to go through the images together. House calls are an integral part of the process. When I post galleries of over 300 images to choose from its much easier to narrow down the best when I swing by with my laptop loaded with Adobe Photoshop. This program allows us to place similar images side by side to compare details as well as toggle back and forth in Camera Raw with a magnification tool to see minute details.
Newborn Photography at Home and Cozy. Nina Drapacz Photography
The look of joy on a mom's face as she looks at her new baby and look of curiously on a toddler's face when he observes his new baby sister . We were able to capture lots of winning images, although we couldn't replicate the one of her brother on a black reflective table sleeping. She was awake the entire session as well as an additional session!!

When Image is Everything, Go for the Best! Professional Headshots by Nina Drapacz
In the age of the Smartphone, one may be hard pressed to "splurge" on a professional image for work websites, social media, corporate images, LinkedIn , singles websites.....
A professional image that captures personality and concentrates on looking great can be the key to success in reaching your goals. Its well worth it. Professional photographers not only know the secret to good lighting, they have a trained eye to look beyond the smile to represent who you are at your best!

The Wonderful World of a Toddler with Big Sis. Fall Photography. Nina Drapacz
Toddlers- they are spontaneous, silly, independent, fearless and in this case very flirtatious! As our session came to an end this adorable little boy, who was so intent on running and reading, came across a woman, whom he couldn't take his eyes off! He was mesmerized and very excited! So macho! Sooo cute! What a beautiful sister, so patient and loving!

The All Important Yearbook Page! Nina Drapacz Photography
I had a great time working with this handsome and intelligent senior. He knew exactly what he wanted and chose the best images to represent who he is for the yearbook. High school yearbooks are books we keep forever and refer to many times to see ourselves and our friends from that time in our lives. It is the transitional time between childhood and adulthood. When I was in high school we had no choice but to use an image taken by the "school photographer." Usually it was the same kind of pose for everyone and absolutely said nothing about who we were. Seniors now have a choice!
